Two things share the name: a terminal coding platform that convenes a council of models, and VenusMCP, a hosted server that gives other assistants search, images, music and research.

VenusMCP
VenusMCP exposes Venus as MCP tools, so any client that speaks MCP can use them. It also ships as a plugin definition for ChatGPT.

Venus CLI
A terminal-first coding platform written in C#. A prompt is worked by a council: an initial model and a sister model run in parallel, their strengths are merged, then editor and verifier models and adversarial reinforcement models critique the result, repeating until the output fulfils the prompt or hits the iteration limit.
Any role can be bound to any model from seven providers, with one global key per provider. A built-in simulation provider runs the whole workflow offline with no keys.
